I agree. We're coming up on 6 months since LG, and no 3G licenses since then. The 2Q earnings call will tell us a lot. Will Merritt and Fagan still say that they anticipate more 3G licenses this year, or will they be silent on the issue. Time to sue everyone's ass if they don't want to license. We certainly can afford to do that now.
