Could be, but I'm guessing she's out of her league. She's likely incapable of handling the mess that she inherited, especially now with the SEC involved. Anyone that thinks the company itself isn't at risk in the SEC's proceedings is daft. Will the company itself be sanctioned or suspended? Time will tell. Either way, I won't be surprised.
