Fire; Maybe my statement about the dream was a little too short. Analogy; Your best friend wants you to be his best man, you agree and spent $500.00 or so on various items , tux rental etc. He is your best friend, he is dreaming of marital bliss for the rest of his life.
Six months later he flies to Mexico and get a quickie divorce. Six months after that he meets the new love of his life and and talks you into being his best man again. You agree, he is your best friend and has a dream of marital bliss. You dish out more money. Then six months later your best friend flies back to Mexico for a quickie divorce.
For the next wedding you tell him you will be best man but he will have to pay for the tux rental etc. You like his dream, but you are done paying for something that just never happens.
A poor analogy maybe but I hope you can see what I am trying to say.
