You were entirely accurate in your earlier historical post today.
Certainly things could continue in the same direction for a bit more. I really believe we are at the juncture of "shitz or get off the pot" for Baltia and the FAA, for myself and lots of other shareholders too.
IMO the impasse will end shortly. As I wrote last month, I predicted the middle of March we would have our pass. I would be surprised if it happens any earlier. Yes, June or later this year is very possible should we go to 8. One thing certain, we get a win, place, or show coming in two weeks. The only alternative I see is The showdown at OK Court Corral... not where FAA or Baltia wants to step into. Slinging moosehockey gets just too nasty and everyone loses. A pass in whatever form it takes whether sooner or later can allow the FAA to exit a hero with exemplary conduct and praise for Baltia diligent perseverance.
It has been shown that Baltia crew performed well. What would I do differently? I would xray the damn slide first with FAA/Goodrich present and let them pack the damn thing if incorrect.
A lot of us are in deeper than we should be and have realized losses.
No more investment for me until we have defined direction. So, outside of and insider gerrymandering or an Obama issued failure, I predict a pass based on above.
