Look where the Bears are and have been. Look at Virginia Tech

keeping Frank Beamer and ultimately he was a winner. Merritt

has to take the venues that the legal staff thinks is best.

Neither can control the time frame it takes when wins turn into

appeal after appeal. What more can you do than win and wait?

The next couple of years should be very rewarding to the longs

and IDCC. We should see increase in dividends and decrease in

share account, settlements, and wins. Why do the analyst think

the stock is undervalued? Why does a company have a right to buy

stock at $65.00 and spent a lot to have that right. Ask the

companies that invite IDCC to speak at their meetings. Would

you want a company representative that has nothing to offer

speaking to your clients?


You and others fail to remember the hardships that IDCC had to

overcome, no money and a company indemnifying other companies

to try to break IDCC, yet IDCC has survived and about to thrive.

Remember Ditka left because he and the Bears were terrible. IDCC

is not terrible but better than ever.
