Ok understood and thanks....so assuming this is true my train of thought leads me to think maybe takeover on the cheap ? Either NW loves the technology and sees an opportunity to try and snatch it on the cheap or he genuinely questions the governance and wants to protect his investment. Either way I'm struggling to see the negative for retail shareholders on or post approval.
