I'd expect there to be given the bearings they're qualified to produce and the like is crucial in aviation and other sectors. Their selling angle is you save 25% or more (no duty) when buying the bearings because its produced within China. It also satisfies the mandate from the Chinese Government to the in-country aviation companies to buy in China. Why pay 25% more for the same bearing that is produced locally?

Bear in mind TPAC top to bottom when through the long qualification process to get that certification among others. That speaks volumes in itself as being 1 of 6 companies to have a specific certification (too lazy to reference) and the only one in China that can produce it import duty/tax free.
