FWIW I untendered all of my shares which I had tendered before the first deadline. I now possess 1/2 of my maximum total, the other half which I sold into the open market. Unless there is a higher bid in the next week or so or certainly by a few days before around Jan. 18, I intend to sell the other half into thoe open market also rather than gamble and take my chances as to what will happen to the stock price if the tender offer fails and/or if Astellas simply walks away.
Smokey, to let you & others know, I (along with a group of family members and friends) have been invested in OCAT/ACTC for several years. I also received the back-to-back tendering offers earlier today---I deleted them as soon as I saw them. Those in my investor group are unanimous in our decision to NOT tender, or sell, even a single share of OCAT stock. If that decision turns out to be a mistake, then so be it.
Not tendering one share. By doing so I am voting totally against this scam of a sale. If I lose, so be it, I can live with that. I cannot live with the thought that they stole my shares and profited on them later with a sale to a higher bid -- even if that is a chance of 1% or so.
