FWIW I untendered all of my shares which I had tendered before the first deadline.
I now possess 1/2 of my maximum total, the other half which I sold into the open market.
Unless there is a higher bid in the next week or so or certainly by a few days before around Jan. 18, I intend to sell the other half into thoe open market also rather than gamble and take my chances as to what will happen to the stock price if the tender offer fails and/or if Astellas simply walks away.
