We'll be there soon, no doubt before the RS will be finalized.

Before the RS can become "effective" they'll have to reinstate the incorporation papers in Nevada. Once they reinstate the papers in Nevada all bets are off. An RS, an AS increase, the sky's the limit with their vote control that they've used to their own benefit a number of times.
