Reinstate the incorporation papers...? It hasn't stopped being incorporated... The business license expiring doesn't mean they stopped being "incorporated"... It's still exists as a corporation... and has ever since the articles of incorporation were filed 10/8/2010... There are no incorporation reinstatement papers to file... How about simply filing the list of officers and paying the business license and late fees to reinstate the business license...?
