Thanks DoGood. Enjoyed reading this post. It's been a tough year. Some may say unnecessarily tough; I among them. I'm keeping an eye on the proceedings of a class action suit brought by Rosen Law Firm against another company. The lawyer for that other company, Michael Sullivan ( a seasoned veteran. Check him out, if you like:http://ashcroftlawfirm.com/professionals/michael-sullivan/) in a pre-motion conference last week, stated what I think many here are thinking:
It's completely unfair to essentially put companies through frivolous claims at great capital cost and the inability to raise capital, the inability to pursue some of their life-changing and potentially life-saving drug therapies.
The desperate attempts to scuttle the development of DC Vax, a treatment so desperately needed by people suffering from a horrible disease, is deplorable. It's my own belief that Linda Powers is passionate about seeing DC Vax through to market in order to help these people, and that she is not going through the motions and all the while stuffing her own pockets. Interesting to think about who is categorizing Linda as a person willing to do and say anything just to make a buck.
