And there are still those left behind that are claiming IMGG will trade again. You would think that after yesterday's Q that would put that idea to rest

1) in default to the bankruptcy estate
2) in default to secured post bk noteholders
3) 1 yr of post bk operations never showing a profit
4) zero remaining cash

final decision on not being allowed to trade again will result in notehollders filing to have the bk case converted to a ch7 liquidation

someone needs to pay attention that Dean Janes and Brian altounian aren't one of those secured noteholders. I saw that trick done with Pete Ianace and EPRT. He got an asset of value out of the company by making himself a secured noteholder and putting the company into BK. got away with it too.
