What makes you think there will be a 10-Q? They haven't filed in almost a year (last Feb), unless you count the NT 10-K that they never followed up with.
I agree there should be an 8-K giving SH's an update. They are long overdue with news, such as explaining why still interim status, who is President of company now, what is going on with investigation, have we staved off legal actions mentioned in Letter to Shareholders, have we decided what the business model will be, is it still 4K, etc.
