No I have hot changed my story. I made the same statement in the first post back to you 48922 on this subject:

Linda was reelected with 82.4% approval. I believe the case they are making is that since NW owned 28% of the shares if he voted against her the best she could have done was 100-28 or 72% approval . . . so he either voted for her or didn't vote which is a vote for her too.
