We can't speculate on that since the company doesn't have any assets other than the property in UK, which is fully covered by a mortgage/s. The patents are assigned to others, and the manufacturing is done by Cognate. This is what you would call a shell pubic company.

In Los Angeles Ca when I pay off a mortgage it take up to 30 days to show as a recorded document.
In small town U.S. of A. it would probably take up to 5 business days. They just received the money today is my understanding, you would never expect to find a recorded document within 24 hours imho that is just too fast and it surely isn't instantaneous.
