How many retailers do you think will read the filing to find that snippet vs open up their brokerage account to the "news" I posted?

I'm a little behind on reading the posts this morning, but does anybody else think that the phrase

"The Company believes the subpoena and investigation relate to the recent unusual activity in the market for the Company’s shares."

might not relate to the big rocket to $14 and aftermath, but instead to more recent activity?
