Has a Bond offering Circular and Prospectus been issued? What financial houses are participating in the issue? What is the investment rating on these supposed Bonds? What is the Coupon interest rate? I cannot imagine that they would even rise to the level of high yield Junk Bond status, given the history of this company and its most recent financials.

These are questions everyone should be asking
