CGrowth Capital Bond Ltd (the Company) is a limited liability company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 9789214 whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. The Company is not authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The issue of the bonds by the Company as an unauthorised person is excluded from the general prohibition against carrying out regulated activities under section 19 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (the FSMA). This communication in relation to the issue of bonds by the Company is exempt from the general financial promotion restriction in section 21 of the FSMA as it is only directed at certain qualifying persons.
