IMO this just hurts your argument. Very clearly, like 1000 times it specifically names DURANTE as the accused and not VGTL. He used VGTL as his vessel of fraud so I'm reading it like both the investors and VGTL were the victims in this case. The investigators obviously have enough evidence to charge the alleged, so there would already be enough evidence for a halt by now. It's not happening. Jus sayin. Why are we still talking about this?
