"part of a major step forward" yes, that is always a possibiliy. Awareness of AS and changing OS is important as some are comparing LOW PPS NOW to past 2014, lows. And it is not the same. Not even close....Time will tell on how the increase in AS is used, good or bad in OTC land.!
