Each transcript, by law, can be redacted to protect Minor's names, accidental disclosure of things like social security numbers, etc.
It's stock, standard, normal.
And no -- the wait period can't be used to "redact something really juicy, that we're not supposed to hear" -- ugh.
Heck, the hearing isn't closed -- anybody could be sitting in on it. Including you. Or called-in to listen
Just that the final, public, transcript is subject to ~very limited~ redaction.
