An assault on global warming by a real scientist

Mike van Biezen is adjunct professor at Compton College, Santa Monica College, El Camino College, and Loyola Marymount University teaching Physics, Mathematics, Astronomy, and Earth Science.

I don't see "climatologist" on his resume, do you?

It's truly amazing how stupid some teachers are. What's really audacious is seeing a poorly educated science teacher like Michel van Biezen calling himself a scientist.

Michel van Biezen's home-made YouTube instructional videos are littered with comments from people correcting the many profound mistakes in his introductory science lectures.

In the DailyWire article you posted van Biezen makes a long list of unwarranted and mistaken assumptions, of course without presenting any documentation - then claims his assertions are somehow proof that they are correct.

As just one example of van Biezen's collection of groundless claims, he correctly notes that the maximum amount of carbon dioxide which can be dissolved in water is reduced as the temperature rises. So far so good. So what does this have to do with global warming? van Biezen hilariously asserts carbon dioxide is emanating from the oceans as they warm.

The truth is dissolved carbon dioxide levels have continued to rise in tandem with the rise in carbon dioxide on the atmosphere. Since the percentage of carbon dioxide dissolved is nowhere near the maximum, the decline in the maximum amount of carbon dioxide which can be dissolved in water as the temperature rises has nothing to do with this. Of course van Biezen is too ignorant to understand this himself.

Michel van Biezen reminds me of Jane Mann the "science teacher" and deranged 'cat lady" who believes solar panels would suck up all of the light from her community preventing plants from growing.

Republicans truly are the Stupid Party, primarily because they have no basis for determining whether any comment is true or false.
