John. Nope. I am a faulty human being. The Army shot my hearing out sixty years ago. Any person with any kind of accent is simply impossible for me to understand. My long ago ancestors were Irish so . . . if it was an Irish accent? I could no more understand them than I can Pakistani. Or any other. My ears simply reject the sound. So that nice young man explaining what I need to know? Cannot. Impossible. Even if my life depended on it instead of just my computers. I spent all morning on this, first trying to buy from Amazon, and could not. Apparently I don't have a membershit so they will NOT do business with me. So I ordered from Best Buy on line for store pickup. Store doesn't have one. Any other Best Buy stores locally have one? They cannot or will not tell me. I gave up. Went back to Amazon. Last word from them? Become a member or go away. I went.
