If my business success / survival was as linked to growth as this one is then I would not be tell the world that my growth had slowed either.

No with gasoline and diesel prices making conversion economics less attractive I think the entire niche is in trouble, and many won't survive 2016.

25% DILUTION

Major note due

Losing critical bids (like Miami-Dade), are all major downside catalysts.

It's called Opportunity, for those who have followed and know the Company. in the past years, CLNE delivered in 2012 194.9 gallons, 2013 214.4, 2014 265.1 and so far in three Quarters 230.2 of 2015, fourth Q. not in yet, the VETC gave the Company a Boost of 20.4 million in 2013, and 28.4 million in 2014. we have 2015 which is approved reto for 2015 and continues for 2016.
Jason Hall has posted under CLNE news his outlook, I've read it and feel he is and has been the most Honest person to report on CLNE's progress in the past years. I will say his Numbers on The VETC seem low. We are going to show over 300 Million Gal delivered for 2015 IMHO and if you see we received 28.4 for 2014 on 265.1 gallons Delivered. He has around 25 Million for 2015.
CLNE has done there job in 2015 68 stations Built or Modified and added over 3000 Vehicles to there Network. In 2014 we only did 60 stations. it all seems to be Steady GROWTH, in the mids of lower Oil. If we can grow in these conditions when oil rises in the second half of 2016. It's called Opportunity. good luck and Happy New Year...
