I've always said MW would want to settle. He has little choice. Nothing going for him, no evidence, no momentum, no desire by the other side to give an inch. On top of that, he is being sued PERSONALLY as well as corporately. He knows Energy Supreme LLC will follow him to the ends of the Earth to collect a judgment and he will be impoverished. He would settle in a heartbeat if he could. He'd throw IFUS away to get off the hook personally.

But, it ain't gonna' happen.
