IMO, two factors dominate the action: First, the note holder(s) is selling shares--they want to get paid. Read the sticky here from Nov -- the authorized was increased in anticipation of nearly $1m of diluted selling. No mystery. Second, 90+%(my guess) of retail investor volume is from short term trading, and since this stock was among the very biggest movers 2 out the last 3 trading days, many were selling to lock in profits. No mystery there either.

So, IOW, the very short term trading has little to do with the company and their prospects, but every thing to do with short term supply and demand.
