So, interpreting today's PR, I suspect Lindas bunch going to clear existing book debt...and then take on large CD for financing plans..all to be revealed sometime in the New Year..lol..

So, I could see a scenario where Gwyther or pals up a few hundred K "PAPER" to pay off their already existing DBMM IOU, clear the booKS per se, then turn around and offer Gwyther/Linda bunch a huge amount of CD that converts at 50% off due on demand as a thank you for paying off their already existing DBMM IOU...:)

Get ready gang, watch the filings, won't be long before DBMM gang hollers for another large share increase amendment(s)....
