VGTL has done nothing wrong here, it is Edward Durante who was the wrong doer. It is unfortunate that he chose the stock of VGTL as his avenue to defraud people. It is unfortunate that penny stocks are susceptible to such fraud due to their limited oversight, but this stock was also attractive for such a fraud due to its SS and lower float that made manipulating price swings easier. It is the lower float and SS, in addition to the involvement of AA that has made this stock attractive to many and why it will move into pennies if a RM or joint venture are announced with the right partner and the reason many of us are invested here.
Take advantage to average down or accumulate more shares at this price if you believe AA has the ability to deliver share holder value . As a result of Fridays news, shareholders are no worse off in the idea of halts or pps plummets and unfortunately their will be an announcement in the near term of another pinky having its pps manipulated by another Durante. If he were a board member or active management, I'd have been worried, but he was just another crook stealing from small investors.
This is my one post for the day a maybe my last until e new year, so go VGTL! Remember the potential of the stock which you own...to go up, or go down. It all depends on the direction and announcements that come from AA.
