Probably...if that is in fact what he said...I thought he said (somewhere) that there would be an announcement by EOY. Exactly what the announcement will be I do not think was specified...but I thought AW said (around) Dec. 15th, but he can only guess to a point like the rest of us as the FDA is in control of the timing.
