Clamoring for change at the top will happen if and when the time is right.
Peter Jacobs is the founder of this company and while all of us as well as management would have liked results that are far different than what we have seen. I certainly believe we will see changes in structure as well as mangement as things unfold. Yet change for the sake of change is costly and without being the right fit solves nothing. We just had a bad experience along that line. I stronly supported that change last year only to find it was not a wise choice. Not the right fit!
Finding the right person to head a company is no easy task and should be evaluated carefully and takes skill,
resolve , forsight and vision and some other CEO may have had a different style, method or ways, but I not at all sure the results would have been any better. Certainly there were decisions made along the way that I question and wonder who came up or advised management to make those decisions, but we had neither the knowledge or knew the circumstances or reasoning of why those decisions were made.
Sure we can all now say had they done this or had they done that things would have been different.
Maybe so and maybe not. Hindsight is always 20/20
