Sting, aside from the problems with the software, at what point do you consider what has been done as far as the merger and the dividends counts as stock fraud ? Look at the volume on MMXT in the recent days and weeks. The stock is DEAD, and all those who bought it under the guise of the public statements made by Jacobs are stuck like pigs. If you don't think that some sort of action is going to be taken, you really must not be thinking straight. How do you think Jacobs is going to fare if a fraud suit arises, and he has to answer for all the statements regarding dividends and mergers, and all the other false statements he has put in print over the past 2 years, and from my discovery, the 3 years prior ? They have a lot of problems aside from the software issue. In fact,most have nothing to do with faulty software, just a con artist of a CEO. How bad a job could Clement have been doing, compared with Jacobs ? My bet is Clement wouldn't lie.

Clamoring? Your correct in say we have no idea if good or bad decisions have been made or better or worst results from the outcome from six years of this management style. The share price tells the story.
After six years of management trying has produced no positive results for the stuckholders I would like anything different than current downward sinking trend.
Stuckholders are having a tough time seeing any future with no news, no income, no sales or usable products.
I do know that if you or I had six years to produce something, the results would presently be different.
Change could be a good thing!

The time was right a very long time ago.

Doesnt mean that he has any idea how to make it a successfull entity
