Watch the quite loading: relatives, friends and neighbors will be getting in if no R/S in future, which brings me to point 2, only thing that worries me is big nasty R/S to bring the A/S around 5 mill. What happened prior to the ticker you mentioned might be a good place to take do some DD and see what they did upon mergers. They had a R/S but I am not sure of when, did not look very long. I am sure they would want to get out all the current share holders (ie - give them the shaft like most typical OTC thugs) because I would own a good bit of their company at a $1 a share.
