Robert Stevens is a court appointed receiver by the 11th circuit of Nevada. He takes abandoned and or distressed tickers and merges new entities into them, primarily to reestablish shareholder value. Hence, you will often see him listed as "trustee" or "receiver" on a company profile. Most entities that he takes over end up trading in the .50 to 1.00 range. RCTS was a recent one. Currently trading .75
Prior to being President of Somerset Capital, he used to be partnered with Paul Enright in a company called Technology Partners. Enright took over the ticker that became CNAB, which went from about .09 to 2.00.
That is the model they tend to use. They find clean tickers and merge multi million dollar generating companies into them.
