Read the whole article. Vgtel itself had nothing to do with the fraude. He told he would invest ( in a stock with good promises) but put the money in his own pockets. The question is:,what could the company have done against his fraude? They werent even aware of what he was doing. Sad is that some people here want to profit monday by saying vgtel was wrong...
If i come to you saying i know a good company with good products. I want to invest in it. Give me some money and the share price goes up. You give me the money, but i dont invest all the money in NNRX, but 90% in my own money and with 10 % i try to manipulate the share price; is the company NNRX then a fraud???
