He or his lawyer will make up some wild excuse why you cant see it. All you want to do is see the last 4 lines. Tells you Number of S/H that DTC has and the Shares owned by those people. You tell him you are not interested in names or address. Lets see what he does. He has nothing to lose if he is telling the truth. If he is lying he wont show you anything.
