I believe all the recent share increases are from payment shares and not warrants. The LP financings are structured to provide equity return on commitment shares as interest and Josh and Missling have an agreement there, IMO.

The Maxim group provided the VC capital for our current trial and their equity shares were distributed in the down melee.

I think we will see any future capital raises out of the S-3. We are done with back-door financing and will turn to the public markets as any good exchange-traded company should.

Our CEO is a professional.
