Syngenta likely to get 44 billion bid from ChemChina per bloomberg.


Votes still needed on both ends....
For the twist, its still likely for Monsanto to bid again as well....


SYT (US listing adr), friday dec 18th close of 75$
SYNN (swiss main company listing) , same company.

Bid of 475 swiss franks by ChemChina
Where SYNN (EU listing) closed friday dec 18th 375 swiss franks
Where SYT (US listing),clkosed friday at 75$
Where market cap friday dec 18th was about 34 billion

Should equate to 95-96$ dollar per share

Earlier 2015 MON (Monsanto Company) bid was 46.8 billion dollar.
That bid was rejected, as a result shareholders ousted the CEO.

That bid equated to about 103-105$

Current interim CEO is busy since that time negotiating left and right.

Should be interesting end of year for Syngenta now.
