I thought you were done posting. No
matter how you try to spin this, it was a big failure on Paul's and maury's part. I can't believe they allowed this to happen.

As for the nicotine juice, juice, i hope and think paul is just going to release juice. The disposables just don't sell that well and as a consumer you get way more vaoe from buying your own hardware and juice separate.

VTCQ Revenue Was Absolutely Horrible NO EXCUSES

never was a jv, rumor of Altria buyout was likely started by VTCQ or MCIG because of desperation.

Contract with international partners obviously was an EPIC FAIL as the alleged exponential growth of international retailers was inconsistent with top or bottom line growth at VTCQ

"Relaunch", ahem, means VTCQ was a failure here in the U.S.A. AND internationally.

Paul is responsible for the failure at VTCQ, noone else.

Winnick didn't leave anything behind. He was VTCQs best hope, took a look, and ran because of the financial position VTCQ is in.

Now with Paul at the helm of both VTCQ and MCIG - they are using the announce and chase model that Paul swore not to do ever again. He lies like a cheap rug.

No 90+ boots on the ground. No access to 1000's of active retail accounts. Just a web presence and vitastiks that don't sell well at all.

VitaCBD will cannabilize MCIGs sales of CBD/EM-J. So, that is a sleight of hand trick that MCIG and VTCQ accounting books will play. Look, it grows here but disappears there. There is no growing revenue of CBD between VTCQ and MCIG.

Nicotine and edibles may very well be the savior of VTCQ, and they'd better come to market quickly - NOT a year from now.

I hope everyone realizes how badly Paul/VTCQ screwed traders.

IMO, retail stores is a mistake...and will end up like CAFS. My guess is that announcement will never come true, aka, a lie that is stated for PR purposes only but has no intentions of becoming true.

~12,000 in revenues for a quarter????? Really????! That sucks, big time.

I think a jv was imminent, and Paul may
of taken a passive approach to overseas
operations.

But, with a commitment now to relaunch the company, that is no longer the case.

If there are any independent operators, you
can rest assured Paul will fight for the
Vitastik and VitaCig brand.
And apparently based on update last week,
they are in negotiations with several of
these international partners as we speak.

VitaCig may show little cash on the books,
but we all know Paul and MCIG run the show.
And will now use any resources necessary to
retain either brand rights, or if they can't
do that, set up shop right next store.

With U.S. first to market VitaCig Nicotine
disposables, VitaCig can easily steal market
share and compete against these guys.
Obviously they have capital backing from somewhere to develop and add these new
products, and market these products.

Based on update P.R., even sounds like they already have distributors lined up.
