Just got off the phone with the transfer agent 5 minutes ago...
Outstanding Shares of RGBP are STILL UNCHANGED at 120,287,272 as of December 17, 2015.
I also confirmed with the agent, that is a "real time" count as of the market close today...
So that confirms things for all the volume the past few days...
It is not dilution by the management. It is not ANY shares BEing issued and converted into the market in ANY way. So the only explanation for the stock price not advancing after all this great NEWS absolutely HAS TO BE short sellers holding it back and hoping to COVER lower. It's BEing manipulated by the market makers and has nothing to do with anything the company is doing plain and simple! Hope this helps clear the air on what is really going on here with the trading action. Shorts and market makers can only hold this down for so long, but we need some major BUYers to come in and hit the ASK. A lot of people (including longs) are still trying to BUY at the BID. That is what needs to change IMHO. :-)
