I think most thought that Herb. The majority of us, me included thought FDA would be a catalyst. A lot of the time I think we just convince ourselves that if something happens then the PPS would follow. We worked ourselves up in a tizzy. Now we push comes to shove and we get the news we wanted, there is no pps movement.
So what is the reason for this. Could be a lot of things. First being is there are a ton of shares out there. Tough to get this thing moving with so many shares.
Second there are so many investors that bought at much higher levels that they refuse to buy down here, mostly because the used a lot of their funds or don't feel like getting burned. New investors are not enough to move this forward. I think we are stuck down here for awhile if not forever. Who knows.
