The numbers I ran yesterday were based on existing shares.....HOWEVER the deal is NEWLY issued shares which dilutes current shareholders...not good!
That and the reverse split makes me nervous....today will be interesting.

It states a corporate stock buyback program... I don't recall seeing that yesterday
