BIEL=Zero Reverse Splits in 14 Years, More Scare Tactics

Please name one other Pink Sheet company that has this 14 Year record of NO Reverse Splits. Of the few Pink Sheet companies that have lasted anywhere close to 14 years most have had several R/S or multiple name changes to hide their true share structure, NOT BIEL.

"massive reverse split" - This a total red herring. If any company that is incorporated in Maryland enacts a R/S, per Maryland Law, the maximum ratio is 1 for 10.
