About time! Marty is going to get the book thrown at him, I expect the longest possible jail term plus massive fines - the most hated man in America will not escape justice - hoisted by his own pitard. And thank god this horrendous market action prevented me from making a spec play on KBIO! Although Retrophin recovered nicely after they booted him....might happen here too, but I'm not touching anything remotely connected to that jerk. Thank god the other biotech starting with an "A" he said he would play was ARNA, not AMRN!

He's my number one suspect of 10,000 short put prior to Anchor Ad com. He's had CDER influence through good old R.I.P. Eric Coleman...and likely fed him the Lorcaserine "rat cancer" BS that tanked Arena's first Ad Com. This dude deserves his 6'5" 275 lb Federal Roommate. I wonder if Mat Herper is nervous...?
