The numbers offered in the post are questionable. Willingham received (to date) 34,828 converted shares of WMIH (does not include BOD payments).

Well I don't want to really get started on past and present BOD's including the two 500,G boyzzzzzz/cronyism at it's best so far until proven otherwise
I also anticipate the BOD will vote itself more shares period as the past has proven with no M/A
