What you will find more interesting is that it takes a couple of years for the SEC to get it in gear, ask Oh Henry, he defends fraudsters.

Doesn't need to be a SEC complaint filed to be a scam... More likely to see a 10 day suspension here one morning just before market open... With NO warning except for the DD and red flags seen here.
