The big scam started when GTAT signed the deal with Apple.
Instys owning Apple and GTAT traded on all the insider info, screwed retail, brought the stock down while they covered with options and are now using that money to take the company private.
Apple wins again! Trying to turn the U.S. into a third world country. It's a shame the Court let them get away with this.
