Can you please explain the rules for a share buyback so we can all be clear of how it transpires then? It's my underatanding he must file and PR for the amount of shares removed from the O/S and Float buyback before it takes place. Plus how can a broke company buy 500 million shares? I didnt see a filing for a 13G. What am I missing here?
