Yes since we no one from NTEK has even mentioned once through official or even non-official channels. It would make one have to speculate on what reasons would be. So if Meow would be allowed to speculate here. Meow would say the likely reason for Richard Bakers departure would be because he did not want to participate anymore with the fraudulent information and doings that the Company puts out and does to misinform Shareholders. And other fraudulent processes the company does to line the pockets of its insiders.
Meow does think that even though Mr. Baker has shone good character by refusing to part of such a criminal enterprise. Unless he went straight to the authorities regarding any information he has on their criminal workings immediately. Meow would consider that to be still be aiding such criminal activity daily by not reporting it to all the proper authorities. And he could still fall under the charge of conspiracy and abetting.
But thats just this Cats opinion.
