Oh I thought it was posted he was buying back 1.8 billion shares. WOW thats a huge difference

What I dont understand is how he purchased these shares and did not do a filing stating he bought them. Where did the money come from? Something is fishy here. How can they already be removed from the float and O/S when he didn't file the necessary filing?
